Return/Exchange/Refund


Please take into consideration that we issue the return/exchange/refund once the returned products clear our inspection.

An item is eligible for return/exchange/refund if:

- you return the products within 15 days from the date you received.
- (you should send out the product within 7 days from the date you received.)

We do not accept return/exchange/refund if:

- the products are damaged due to your mishandling.
- the products are not in the original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.
- If you return/exchange/refund just because you change your mind(on size, color, etc.),
- you will be held responsible for international shipments, which may be subject to import duties and taxes.

For the refund, it may take 7-10 business days to issue a refund for the returned order.

Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until your returned items clear our inspection.
Please take into consideration that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
